Refund and Returns Policy
At Kristo Hygiene LLP, we take quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the nature of hygiene products, returns are limited to valid cases.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product is defective or leaking
- You received an incorrect product or quantity
Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference, as our products are non-returnable once opened.
Conditions for Return/Replacement
To qualify:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Provide clear photo or video evidence

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used wipes
- Items not in original packaging
- Unauthorized or late return requests
Shipping for Returns
- If approved and our fault: We cover the return or replacement shipping.
- If not approved: The customer bears the shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
- In select cases (e.g. out-of-stock items), a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit
- Refunds are only issued after return inspection, if applicable
